Privacy Policy

Let’s make this really simple, any information that you knowingly or unintentionally, share with us, we understand is shared in confidence, and we will always do our best to handle it both securely and privately. This means not sharing your information with anyone else that you haven’t given us permission to. (And the act of you accepting this privacy policy does not give us that permission either.)

What information do we collect?

Like every website, we use cookies to keep track of things like who is logged into or visiting our website, and any items that you've added to your shopping cart.

If you login using a social account like Facebook, we collect your public profile data from the social network that you used to login. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, link to your social media profile, unique identifier, and link to your social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile at our website, and never gives us permission or the ability to post on your social account. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an email or by editing your account settings.

We also use Google Analytics and a Facebook Pixel to track the way people use our site. This records things like what pages are visited, how long people generally spend on each page, what links someone clicked to get to our page in the first place, and what sort of demographics and locations our visitors usually come from.

If you fill out a contact form on our site, we securely record the details you submit through that so we can respond to your query. None of these details are shared to anyone else, and these are automatically removed after 90 days.

When you place an order on our site, we have to keep a record of the details you submit for that order. We don't receive or store any of the private payment details you submit, except for the last four digits of your card and an encrypted token that allows us to authorise and identify your payment through Stripe.

If you create an account on our site, and choose to save your payment details for future purchases, we securely record the information you submit and the same four digits from your card with the encrypted payment token so that your account can function how you expect it to. (We still don't store or process your full credit/debit card details anywhere on our site.)

How do we protect it?

Firstly, we never share your personal information with anyone else, unless required to by law, or for providing our services to you.

We use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer), on our website which means that all data that is transferred between you and us is securely encrypted to help prevent anyone else eavesdropping on it.

Only members of our team who need your data to provide our services to you, have secured access to it.

We use Stripe to process our online payments, which means none of your payment details are ever processed or stored on our website.

You can contact us to request a copy of any information we hold about you, or to request that we delete all information about you. (The only information we can't delete is related to any orders you've placed with us, we have to keep that for legal/accounting reasons.)
